When pool water circulates through the UV chamber of the Ultra System the UV light immediately destroys 99.9% of the chlorine resistant micro-organisms and algae. Adding this layer of protection results in a cleaner, clearer pool without producing any harmful byproducts. It also drastically reduces the amount of chlorine needed to maintain a clean, healthy pool.
