Returns & Exchanges:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied on all returned merchandise. We also reserve the right to deny any returns based upon the condition of the product. Please review our returns policy with any questions and you will need to fill out a return RMA request here before any return or exchange can be processed. Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase and you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return item back to us.

YourPoolHQ does not ship Internationally. YourPoolHQ only ships within the United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska). Currently we do not offer expidited shipping. Typical delivery times are 2-5 business days. For more information about ship times please view our shipping policy here.
If you did not receive an order confirmation # or an order confimation email (check both your inbox and spam folders) after you submitted your order, your order has NOT been successfuly completed. To receive your products you must first successfuly submit an order and recieve and order confirmation number. If you DID receive an order confirmation # you can check the status of your order here.
