Returns & Exchanges
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained for all return requests prior to sending product back. No product will be accepted without an RGA number. Products will only be accepted in new, unused/unopened condition within 30 days of the original invoice date.


To receive an RGA number please email and include your original order number, reason for return and any other details. We will respond with an RGA number and the return shipping address.


YourPoolHQ does not ship Internationally. YourPoolHQ only ships within the United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska).  Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. Typical delivery times are 7-10 business days and will ship from our warehouse locations in Arizona, Nebraska, Georgia, Ohio. View map. Order Staus:
If you did not receive an order confirmation # or an order confirmation email (check both your inbox and spam folders) after you submitted your order, your order has NOT been successfully completed. To receive your products you must first successfully submit an order and receive and order confirmation number. If you DID receive an order confirmation # you can check the status of your order here.
