This product is no where near child proof. Although a child might have trouble turning the top to get it off, all you have to do is drop it and the top pops off. We just throw it into our pool and if it hits the water at just the right angle, the top pops off and we have to go fish out tabs. (Posted on 5/8/11)Customer Rating
