We looked around for about a month comparing the Hayward and Pentair salt water pool systems and didn't even know about this system. We called Pool HQ and the rep suggested we take a look at this unit since we were putting it on an existing pool. My husband was worried about trying to install the hayward and having to mess with the plumbing but this system is made for existing pools and you don't have change much to install it. We were able to install the whole system in less than 30 minutes and we haven't had any problems with it yet. The water is great and I feel like I'm saving a ton of money on chemicals!
