My old Hayward pump died and I was not happy with the short life I got from it so I decided to try the Pentair instead. So far it works great, makes less noise and seems to have a little more power. It was simple to install too, a few minor adjustments to the plumbing but other than that it fit right in. (Posted on 10/22/11)
