The Sta-Rite U9-228A Seal Plate O-Ring fits Sta-Rite Max-E-Glas, Dura-Glas, Max-E-Pro, Max-E-Glas II, Dura-Glas II and IntelliPro pool and spa pumps. This O-Ring is also identical to the Hayward CX900F which fits the Hayward Star Clear Plus C751, C900, C1200 and C175 cartridge filters. It also replaces the Aqua-Flo 92200180 Dominator Pump seal plate O-Ring.
Description
If the O-ring is swollen or cracked it can cause your pump to suck air and spit air back into the pool through inlets and it must be replaced. Not replacing O-rings can damage your pool equipment, have a negative effect on filtration and decrease the efficiency of pool chemicals.
