The AO Smith ST1052 Pool Pump Motor is a C-Face Mount style motor with a 56J Frame and is a Full Rated 1/2 Horsepower Motor. C-Frame motors have a round "face" where the motor mounts to the pump with 4 bolt holes to attach the pump and a threaded shaft.
C-Face 56J Frame Motors are most commonly used on Hayward Super II, Hayward Super Pump, Hayward Northstar, Hayward Max-Flo, Jacuzzi Magnum, Jandy Plus HP, Jandy Stealth and Jandy HHP pumps.
