The mouth of this skimmer is 8 1/2 inches wide. The SP10841OM is an outside mount skimmer meaning it mounts outside of the wall on a metal wall pool and is designed for use with in-ground vinyl liner and metal wall swimming pools and is designed for 1 1/2 inch plumbing.
