The Hayward C500 Star Clear Cartridge Filter provides crystal clear water and has extra cleaning capacity. The C500 features 50 square feet of effective filtration area and is equipped with 1.5 inch plumbing. The elevated, filtered water collector and debris sump is designed to prevent the accidental by-pass of heavy debris to the pool or spa when the cartridge is removed for cleaning.
